"4+X" Modern
Industrial System

Yuexiu Group was established in Hong Kong in 1985. After 40 years of reform and development, the Group has formed a “4+X” modern industrial system with finance, real estate, transportation infrastructure and agriculture and food as core industry; traditional industries such as papermaking; and strategic emerging industries that may enter in the future.

Yuexiu Group also holds five listed companies, in which Yuexiu Financial Holdings Group Co. Ltd. (000987.SZ) was listed as an A-share company in mainland China, and the other four were listed in Hong Kong, which are Yuexiu Services Group Limited (06626.HK), Yuexiu Property (00123.HK), Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (01052.HK) and Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust (00405.HK).

Real estate

Established in 1983, Yuexiu Property is one of the first comprehensive real estate development enterprises in China. In 2009, Yuexiu Property began to develop nationwide, and now its strategic presence has been extended to 30 core cities, with land reserves of over 50 million square meters. In 2022, its contracted sales reached RMB 125 billion, jumping to 16th in the industry.

Finance

Yuexiu Capital is the first locally listed financial holdings platform in China, currently holding various financial business platforms including Yuexiu Leasing, Guangzhou AMC, Yuexiu Industrial Fund, Yuexiu Industrial Investment, Yuexiu Guarantee and Yuexiu Financial Technology, and is the second largest shareholder of CITIC Securities.

Transoprtation Infrastructure

Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 1997, the first domestic infrastructure share listed in Hong Kong. The transportation segment holds a total of 18 motorway (bridge and terminal) projects with toll roads stretching approximately 1041.5 kilometers in total. The company has built 3 major platforms of listed companies, public REITs, and project incubation, with China Asset Management – Yuexiu Highway REIT successfully listed, to actively transform into a transport infrastructure asset management company.

Food

Guangzhou Yuexiu Foods Co., Ltd, formerly known as Guangzhou Farm Management Bureau, Guangzhou State-owned Agriculture Industry and Commerce Joint Corporation, and Guangzhou Agricultural Industry and Commerce Group Co., Ltd., was founded in 1949.

X Industries

Guangzhou Paper Group Co. (hereinafter referred to as Guangzhou Paper Group) was founded in 1936 and has a history of over 80 years. It is a modern and comprehensive industrial enterprise that integrates pulping, paper-making, thermal power, and environmental protection. Guangzhou Paper Group has been operating entities such as Guangzhou Paper Co., Guangzhou Yuewei Paper Industry Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Paper Industry Co., Ltd.
